We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our silk products, items must be free from signs of wear, washing, or damage to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at oda.thelabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
